You accept the operational risks associated with caller preferences, including potential variations in call retention or hang-up rates once the autonomous nature is disclosed.
Inherent AI Failure Modes: You acknowledge that all artificial intelligence systems possess inherent limitations and failure modes. These include, but are not limited to, the AI misinterpreting customer intent, failing to navigate edge-case requests outside its strict script, or mishandling highly emotional or high-stakes situations.
Because the AI operates autonomously, its performance is directly dependent on the accuracy of the rules and information you supply.
Input and Procedures Accuracy: You are 100% responsible for ensuring that all business procedures, company policies, pricing structures, staff information, and FAQs provided to train the AI are accurate, lawful, and completely up-to-date. If your business hours, prices, or staff change, you must ensure the underlying data is updated immediately. Quest Labs Co. is not liable for data lapses causing the AI to give out outdated information.
Handling Complex Inquiries: You agree to designate a responsible human person or team within your organization to actively receive, review, and handle any complex inquiries, escalations, or edge cases that the autonomous AI is incapable of resolving.
No Setup Fees: In accordance with our market competitive framework, Quest Labs Co. does not charge upfront setup fees for our core service packages.
Website Pricing Controls: All current subscription plans, usage rates, and associated maintenance fees are clearly outlined directly on the pricing pages of this Website. We reserve the right to adjust our rates at any time, and any changes impacting active clients will be communicated in writing with reasonable advance notice.
We understand that processing live client and caller data requires strict boundaries.
No Sale of Data: Your operational data and your callers' personal information are treated with confidentiality. We process this information strictly to run and maintain the autonomous service; we do not sell your data to third-party brokers or advertisers.
Security Measures: We implement industry-standard encryption protocols for data both in transit and at rest. However, because no digital system is completely impenetrable, you acknowledge that you use the service at your own risk.
Our AI system heavily integrates with external third-party tools, such as digital booking calendars, CRMs, and telephony API pipelines. We are not legally or financially responsible for any system downtime, API disconnects, or scheduling glitches caused by outages on those third-party networks.
Our total cumulative financial liability to you for any single operational claim shall strictly not exceed the total fees you paid to Quest Labs Co. during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action arising under these Terms must be filed exclusively in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
